Sexy footballer Freddie Ljungberg is no stranger to rumours about his sexuality, but now the pin up and Calvin Klein model is teasing us all again by appearing as the cover star in American gay magazine Out.
Ljungberg has always laughed off the gossip saying that he’s "not bothered" if people think he fancies other guys but that he’s happy to have a gay fan base.
His contract with Calvin Klein has just been renewed, and he tells the magazine that appearing in the underwear ads has generated a large response from people asking him to sign their underwear.
Asked if they were gay or straight, Ljungberg said: "Both, I'm sure. I usually don't ask someone who requests an autograph 'Do you like boys or girls?'."
He also said that the hardest part of being a footballer was the injury. "This past season I broke two ribs and two bones in my right hand. It makes it hard to shake hands - not to mention certain other things."
Earlier in the year Ljungberg told GQ magazine that he and Sol Campbell laugh about the gossip their friendship attracts.
"Yeah, I can confirm that we`re not an item. We laugh about it, because we all know these rumours are rubbish," Ljungberg said.
"As I have always said, I know - and my family and friends know - that I am not gay.
"At the same time, if I have a gay following I don’t have a problem with that. It is a compliment.”
